CLINIC CANCELLATION
The Pro Ball Baseball Clinic, a subsidiary of Voice Doctor, Inc., reserves
the right to cancel the clinic if a suitable number of participants
do not register. In the unlikely event that the clinic is cancelled,
all money will be refunded in full (with the exceptions of the aforementioned
non-refundable scenarios when participants choose to cancel prior to
notification of clinic cancellation). It is known and understood that
some coaches who have been advertised as part of the coaching staff
of the Pro Ball Baseball Clinic may unexpectedly cancel at any time.
IN CASE OF INJURY
If a participant suffers an injury at the Pro Ball Baseball Clinic and
cannot further participate in the clinic because of said injury, he will
receive a pro-rated credit with paid registration for the next year’s
clinic.
USAGE OF NAME AND LIKENESS & WRITTEN WORD
It is known and understood that agents of the Pro Ball Baseball Clinic
are authorized to use photographs of participants, as well as any of their
written critiques regarding the clinic. It is understood by all participants
that their image and written words may be used for any and all advertising
and promotional purposes.
WAIVERS & RELEASES
All participants are required to read and sign a Medical Waiver, Confidential
Medical Information Form and Waiver of Negligence and Liability Form before
participating in the Pro Ball Baseball Clinic. Registrants will not be
allowed to participate in any clinic activity without the aforementioned
signed forms.
